These terms of use apply to the use of Travel Outenza, provided by Mar-Esk AS. By creating an account and using the service, you accept these terms.
About Travel Outenza
Travel Outenza is a planning and organisation tool for travel.
Travel Outenza is not an airline, hotel, tour operator or travel agency. We do not offer travel, flight tickets, hotel reservations or travel experiences directly, unless this is later explicitly offered.
Travel Outenza helps you gather and organise information from third parties for your own planning.
Account requirements
To use Travel Outenza, you must create an account with a valid email address.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent, to create an account.
You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date and for ensuring your login information is kept safe.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for all information and documents you upload to Travel Outenza.
You must not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or that infringes the rights of others.
You are responsible for verifying information from third parties, such as flight times, hotel reservations, opening hours, visa requirements, safety information and other important travel details, against the official source before you travel.
Travel Outenza is not responsible for errors or changes in information from third parties.
Information from third parties may change without notice. You should always verify important details against the official source.
Misuse of the service
The following is not permitted:
- Using the service for illegal purposes
- Uploading content that infringes the rights of others
- Attempting to damage or disrupt the service
- Using the service in a way that unreasonably burdens the systems
- Sharing account information with unauthorised persons
In the event of serious misuse, we reserve the right to close your account without notice.
Intellectual property
Travel Outenza, including design, code, logo and content we have created, is protected by intellectual property rights.
Content you upload remains your own. You grant us a limited licence to process the content in order to deliver the service to you.
Availability and technical errors
We strive to keep Travel Outenza available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
Technical errors, maintenance and updates may cause temporary downtime.
We are not responsible for losses resulting from circumstances beyond our control, such as errors at third-party providers or network problems.
Changes to the service
We may update and change Travel Outenza over time, including features and design.
Significant changes to the service will be announced where appropriate.

Significant changes will be announced in the app or via email where appropriate.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms of use are governed by Norwegian law.
Disputes are primarily resolved by agreement. Non-judicial disputes may be brought before the Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet).
Consumer rights that cannot be waived under Norwegian law cannot be overridden through these terms.
